New Email Add-In

Today you might find a new addition to your outlook quick access toolbar at the top of your email.

This is the report message add-in that I've put into outlook. This is a convenient tool you can use to report junk and phishing emails. When you report a message from this prompt, the email details are sent to the Microsoft security team, as well as the Microsoft defender portal, where I can analyze the email and make a decision. This eliminates the need for you to forward me any suspicious emails or junk mail, you can simply click on the report message dropdown and select either Junk, Phising, or not junk.

If you do report a message, you might get a prompt to send the message to Microsoft as well to improve the filtering of future emails. You can continue to report the message by clicking the "Report" button in the bottom left corner.

There's nothing that you need to do to enable it, but it is great tool to report suspicious mail. I recommend you use this instead of forwarding the mail to me to help avoid accidentally clicking on bad links or attachments.
