Onedrive Sync Issues

Onedrive Sync Issues

  1. Click on the blue Onedrive icon on your taskbar.

  2. In the prompt that opens, click on the cog wheel in the top right corner. Then click on "Quit Onedrive".

  3. Wait about 10 or so seconds for Onedrive to fully close. At this point it will no longer appear in your taskbar.
  4. Press the windows key and type "Onedrive". Click on this icon.

  5. Onedrive might take some time to reset and begin re-syncing files. Eventually the icon will return to the taskbar and after syncing all the files will turn a solid blue.
  6. If this doesn't work and things are continuing to sync even after shutting down and re-syncing then send an email to helpdesk@allthingsvault.com and I will assist you in getting it fixed.
